Roland holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Linköping University, Sweden and has been working with Executive Search since 1993 with Mercuri Selection, and since 2003 as Partner in TRANSEARCH Sweden. He spent more than 20 years of his career with several Swedish as well as International companies in the retail, logistics and service industries.
Roland has got experience of executive search and selection of managers and key specialists in general but with focus on trade, retail, media, manufacturing, logistics and service industry.
Roland is a member of the Logistics Practice Group in TRANSEARCH International Partners.
