ASSESSMENTS WITH TEST - Plus
We have extensive experience of assessments and selection. We have provided assessment capability to responsible managers or human resource departments during internal as well as external recruitment drives.
The assessment tool is well tested and make an objective complement to the traditional selection procedure. The test can for example give an indication to which tasks a certain person tends on emphasise, how she/he tends to act and where his /her strengths and weaknesses lie. This is therefore about the person’s actual behaviour, how the individual describes his or her way of acting in work situations. This behaviour is a result of the interplay between the climate and demands of the business and the competence and motives of the individual. The analysis can be used to examine situations within the company, a department, a group or an individual.
