As valuable as it is to use an external party when recruiting board members, the same goes for a board evaluation in order to obtain a reliable, objective result. All board members are being evaluated by the same methodology and analysis. We use an objective and structured method where the group as a whole as well as the individuals are being assessed, always in close connection with the chairman and the other board members.
