Executive coaching is your own development program that compiled taking from your unique environment, your specific situation and the resources you have at your disposal into account. Guided by experienced leaders we assist you to develop your ability further to successfully handle work situations. This is not a course – the pace of the changes is determined in co-operation with your coach.
The programme might contain:
- Mapping and analysis of goals and essential changes and competences needed to obtain the goals. Thorough analysis of leadership, strengths, weaknesses and potential for improvements.
- A development plan with suggestion of measures and priorities.
- Carrying out the plan with individual instruction. For the best outcome often both your manager and your subordinates are involved. They also have to agree on necessary changes.
- Follow-up goals in order to secure the outcome.
